Seatbelt 18 years old or older                                                    $12.00

Seatbelt 16-17 years old                                                          $22.00

Seatbelt 9-15 years old charged to driver unless parent present      $50.00

CRD/Booster Seat infant-8 years old, driver responsible                  $50.00

 

ALL other traffic violations                                                        $169.00

 

Traffic Court is held every Friday at 8:30 a.m. excluding holidays.

Traffic School is NOT an option for speeds 90mph and over.

 

Juvenile Cases

 

ALL Juvenile Traffic                                                                  $64.00

 

Juvenile Traffic Court is the 2nd & 4th Monday at 3:00 p.m. excluding holidays.

 

Each Continuance (ALL cases)                                                      $7.00
