Category Three Cases                                                      $160.50 + Service

Adoptions, legitimations,paternity cases, termination of parental rights & other domestic relations matters not otherwise designated, name changes, minor settlements, enforcement of foreign judgements, order of protection, cross filings and counter complaints.

 

Category Four Cases                                                          $95.75 + Service

Child support enforcement and modification, interstate support cases, modification of parenting plan, and civil contempt.

 

Domestic Relations:
